Close × Music and WorshipSemesterThe purpose of Northpoint Bible College's Music and Worship program is to train students for music and worship ministries within the context of the church, missions, and evangelistic fields. Students are equipped through studies in theory, music technology, sound system ministry, conducting, and auditory/sight reading curriculum. In addition, students are prepared for ministry through practical wits and the minutiae of a theology of worship.   Objectives Cite biblical principles for a ministry of music and worship, explain how he/she would employ these principles in ministry, and practice these principles in a ministry environment. The goal of the Urban Ministries second major is to prepare students for constructive ministry in the urban setting equipped with an understanding of the biblical understructure for ethnic and cultural diversity.
